ABOUT US

Camp To Belong of Georgia is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization reuniting brothers and sisters placed in separate foster, adoptive or kinship homes through Summer Camp Programs and year-round events.

Siblings in care may not have the opportunity to read bedtime stories together at night, have breakfast together, cheer for each other at school functions or share precious holidays – all the things that typical siblings get to do each day. Though we often take siblings for granted, the sibling relationship is typically our longest relationship in life, and at Camp To Belong Georgia, we strive to provide opportunities to nurture these relationships and forge lasting bonds.

Our primary goal is to provide a sense of belonging to youth in care, allowing them to express themselves as individuals and as siblings and giving them opportunities to share childhood memories together and among other youth in similar situations.

Our flagship events are our Summer Camp Programs, during which we reunite brothers and sisters in a safe, neutral, week-long camp environment to create childhood memories together that they would not have otherwise due to living in separate homes.

Signature Programs
Each Summer Camp provides intentional programming designed to strengthen sibling connection. Our Signature Programs include Art activities, Sibling Enhancement, Life Seminar and Mentoring Programs as well as the Birthday Party Event.
